I've partnered up with a buddy of mine who is liked minded and we are focusing our energy on flipping preferably 3/2 single family homes under 150K. 

I would prefer to write a review that said, "I think FB is the bomb and worth every cent".

I personally prefer appfolio for its features and ease of use.

Based on these factors (and the fact that I am new and would prefer cash now to do more deals) I am leaning towards flipping the home.Thanks again. 

Yes housing in Browns mills are cheap but the majority of military tend to prefer to live in Pemberton, Lumberton, westampton or mount holly.

I would prefer to have it done professionally, however since we are a small start up, capital is key right now and I keep thinking that we might be better served spending the additional $750 elsewhere.Am I being unwise to consider doing it myself, especially since other parties will be involved or is it not that big of a deal to do it on my own?

Since my plan for this pilot project will be for my own residence, preference-wise I'm currently looking for North Seattle or South Shoreline.

I believe I can get more bang for my buck away from New York and am hoping to solicit suggestions on where my money would be able to do the most work.I have no preference as to whether the location is close to NY or not. 

The on-site tech was expressing a personal opinion that he would prefer to move out if he was living there (with every conversation I am getting more of "the sky is falling!"

I am still showing to people who wish to see it but I know some people prefer to wait.
