I just realized after trying the crappy driving for dollars app on the play store, that Google has a Timeline feature.If you have your map open and press Go, it will track where you went and you can go back and look it up later.While driving, you can click on the houses you find and "Save" them to a "List" you create which will show the street view and you can even add you own current photos.Who knew?

Adidas, Gucci, SnoopDogg are already in there, I think this is really happening but it won't attract all the generations to it, however it is attracting millennials and Gen Z.I think at this point there is very little information out there, the ones that are better informed are the ones making the big bucks, by the time that everybody realizes that this is multimillion "new" business, it will be too expensive to get it, just like many other trends.My very humble opinion.

In one small town in NC, there is a casino being constructed in an area with almost no STRs, it's still 2 years from opening, but what people don't realize is that because of the lack of hotels, and the size of the projects, contractors have no where to stay, two of my clients have bought very cheap housing in the area, modestly furnished it, and have better ROI than almost any other investment they've ever had.
