Hello all and Happy Holidays!

I hope this post finds you all well. I recently located to Dallas, TX and have been interested in getting into Real Estate investing for the previous few years. It seems Wholesaling is the best avenue to get into investing and was curious on some tips, tricks, and strategies you may all have.

My biggest hurdle I believe is not having the capital currently and additionally having some investors lined up to pass/sell to on properties I get under contract.

I hope to bring you all value also in some way but was hoping to get a few tidbits from those who have experience in Wholesaling in the past, thank you in advance!
