I am aware that the law says that I have to do certain things when a serviceman gets orders, but in your situation, I wouldn't look it up, I would simply do the right thing.I don't intend that to sound overly harsh, but the question hit a soft spot.

Some sort of matrix: Age of homes: 0 to 20 years, 21 to 40, 41 to 60, 61 and over.Size of home: 1,000 to 1,300 sq ft, 1300 to 1600 sq ft, 1700 to 2000 sq ft, 2000 to 2,500Each spot in the matrix would have a different repair number in terms of dollar figures per year.

I had a house built JUST so that I could build a pergola and grow vines on it.I found a great spot on a spring fed lake.. when I saw that crystal clear water..
