I am aware that the law says that I have to do certain things when a serviceman gets orders, but in your situation, I wouldn't look it up, I would simply do the right thing.I don't intend that to sound overly harsh, but the question hit a soft spot.

I've also heard in very rare cases the lender can basically ask for all of their money back on the spot if you do this.
