In reference to evictions in Texas, you have to give a 3 day notice of eviction before you can file the eviction, unless a 1 day is stipulated in the lease. 10 days normally for the court date. 5 days to get out unless the tenant puts up the entire back rent owed as deposit to protest the eviction (I have never seen or even heard of anyone doing this), and then 1 day for the sheriff to come out if required.3+10+5+1= 19 days on the realistic long side and 1+10+5= 16 days on the realistic short side if you use a Texas Apartment Association Lease or another lease that stipulates 1 day eviction notices.

The second letter refers to the first like "two weeks ago I sent you a letter", then I push more buttons, like buying the house as-is, etc..Third letter ends the sequence, recaps all the benefits and then says for them to keep the letter should they ever decide in the future they want to sell quickly and easily.
