yes. but with the GDP down, people still not working, the "new strain" it gives them endless slack and excuses not to. idk, hopefully I'm wrong and interest rates spike, combating inflation and prices tank, syndications go under, stocks tank, our economy  plummets and they step back in and lower them again. sorry for the long winded response!

As to the question about how it all added up to 10K - here are some of the things he reported to the police as stolen:- washing machine - oven (yes, an oven)- TexSpray ($5,200)- nail gun- $400 worth of fittings, shark bites- Dewalt 12 in. sliding miter saw- X19 Spray painter in box ($600)- 30 gallon Dewalt air compressor(lots of other random construction equipment)- 600 feet pex- 48 in. round fan

But once you factor in a new roof, furnace, oil tank, septic, and electrical, and whatever else is an issue, you end up at a price which could afford you the ability to buy a nicer C-class home in a better neighborhood without the headache of fixing everything.Then assume you purchase the D-class property and do all of the work, you will probably invest more cash in the deal than you would have for the 15-20% down and had a whole lot more headache.

People moved because there was a huge riot (a WAR) with tanks and the military shooting it out with some of people who lived there.Many many placed were burned and abandoned, or blasted to rubble by tank rounds.The people who worked at the jobs there left the area--never to return.To this day it is a dangerous place.But don't get the idea that I am anti-Detroit, in fact I am very Pro-Detroit (and this history happened a long time ago).The jobs did not leave, the workers left--forever.https://www.youtube.com/watch?

It could be something wrong with the listing, but as days and weeks go by with less views/bookings/wish lists that convert the listing does tank in a sense.
