I would take good pics showing if it's one or two story and how far off driveway it is and email to masonry contractors for estimates.

For those wondering what we are talking about, here is a pic of a cool grain bin converted to a home:EDIT - Ok, a 36x7 is pretty tall, would make a really good 2 story place, but you could do a 4 ring instead and have a great vaulted ceiling single story.

From the pics you sent it looks like the foundation is settling or has settled at one point in the past. 

@Joel Owens  somehow this guy got on my facebook page.. ( the one I use to see pics of friends and grandkids etc).. he shows his Lambo...

You can categorize each expense into the appropriate property and expense type from your phone, scan in receipts etc.

There's only so much you can do by scanning through various MLS's / Zillow.

From what you describe and from what I can spot on the pics, I would agree with other responses that this is very likely a minor thing, especially if, as you say, the foundation is fine.That said, your mortgage co may not agree with that.
