Yes, to qualify for an FHA loan, you have to live in the property as your owner occupied residence.

Currently residing in a 4 potentially 5 bedroom (needs finished) home near multiple colleges in my area.

I've looked into umbrella policies but because our primary residences are in NYC and not PA, some companies can't offer it to us.Thanks for any insight!
