Yes,at the least you need this document recorded, but I don’t think there is any way to prevent liens against the owner being placed on the property....hence, I would never buy this way.

Have received a proposal from a reputable HVAC contractor to provide a 1 year Preventive Maintenance plan which includes 2 preventive cleanings per unit per year (and also includes testing, general maint, adjustments, etc) and includes 15% discount on repairs, 24 Service Calls and no Overtime.
