Some newer ones can't/won't do it either out of fear or ignorance in my experience. 

But if you can "make it go away" mentally, and move on with your project and life without paying a baseless claim out of fear that something might happen you are ahead.Alternatively, as painful as it is, you are a point of playing chicken with the contractor and his lawyers

My fear is he will not be able to finish the job.

I purchased my home in Denver at the beginning of the Covid Fear.

My fear is more about the collecting payment and wanting extensions or something similar to that.

So, no need to be fearful or weary of investing OOS.

I am always reminded by Warren Buffet quote “ be greedy when others are fearful and fearful when others are greedy”.

She is good with feelings but ignores logic too much.She goes over the damage I cause when I explain to people why it was seriously stupid what they did (very kindly though) and soothes things when I am unhappy with performance and she makes sure my team doesn't have permanent mental damage and trauma after I let them have it.Me.. it is better to be feared than loved.She... it is better to be loved than fearedTogether though...

We have not released it since we are gathering a number of recording beforehand- however if you do not want to start one due to the fear of having done 0 deals, we have not done any in the multi-family space- either~!

Get the meeting.Tempers and name calling, and all the fear in the world that you have been scammed, will not get your order filled if it really is held up.Good luck.
