Demand places upward pricing/rent pressure in the areas where people want to or have to live, but not everywhere. 

It is putting enormous pressure on the local car washes and even put one out of business due to the sewage cost. 

That puts added pressure in him to get his exchange property in order in a timely fashion, and it will tell you just how serious he is.  

They may also disagree on what to do with the property and any external pressure would just feel like piling on. 

My bigger concern is rent pressure in Cape Coral.

If steady income is coming in, it takes the immediate pressure of an annoying PM off your hands.- I actually like KC better over Indy, but KC is a lot lower on inventory right now and Indy has been extremely consistent for quality.I wrote an article on here about PM communication things, but can't think of which one it is to put the link on here.

Galvanized steel plumbing is something to keep in mind because the corrosion on the inside of the pipes can really restrict your water pressure/flow over time.

This whole situation is very strange and I feel bad her parents pressured her into a situation which limit future options

But there are ways to ease the pressure.

I’m better at putting pressure on tenants to pay than I used to be, but the tenant screening process is not my cup of tea.
