Hi all,Not sure if this is a uniquely Florida question, but here in Florida you cannot obtain property insurance on a home until a four-point inspection is completed by an insurance company.  

Ironically, in line with your interest in Galveston, I am about halfway through constructing a beach home there (Beachside Village), which I plan to use as an STR / vacation rental.

We have a partially complete 4 bedroom new home build in Cape Coral and are considering changing contractors.

If this is a single family house and you intend on leasing the home as a single family house and there are no active violations on the property, I don't foresee any issues with this being a 2 bedroom home as opposed to its previous layout.

Any basic advice or tips on making the eviction process as stress free as realistically possible.

When you wait you lose great deals on homes that are priced lower.

The homestay is an owner-occupied STR in which you basically rent out a part of your home while you live in it.

2- I am also looking at Lenar homes in Plum Creek, Kyle and Whisper in San Marcos.

My wife and I are currently looking for some buy and hold homes, but I would like to get into multifamily as well.
