How has the real estate grind been to you over the years?

No kids, no noise, no problem.

You need to check the noise levels from the unit above and from the hallway/stairs as tenants pass by your unit.  

Many investors have gone full time in the Rochester, NY market, but they all did it after a year or two of grinding it out at night and on weekends to learn the hard lessons.

I have a strong background in Finance/Equity investing, but have found the work tedious and believe that RE investing will lead me to financial freedom and more importantly help me avoid the daily grind of the corporate world.

He doesn't have a secured lien, but I thought he still has a lien position he could make noise after close.

I made sure to turn on bigger pockets as background noise.

Nobody embraces the grind.

I’d argue If you actually are grinding like that you need some better methods of lead generation !
