I am working on my obtaining my bachelors degree, and graduating debt free.

Also, any recommendations for real estate schools would be appreciated. 

Finance/accounting in school and then had a couple months experience working in a finance/accounting role, then that could work for FHA financing (keep in mind FHA financing only works if you plan on living in the house).

( Schools are very bad )2) can i expect minimum 2k rent ?

Be an old school guy and learn these techniques.

I managed City properties for years and watched them get wrecked by tenants...Was more interested in a nice "starter home" in highly rated Dallastown schools as I knew that I could find tenants willing to pay a higher rent.

Figure out what are your criterias - 3b/2b with 2 car garage, near good school district, new construction or turnkey property, cash on cash return, buying for cashflow or appreciation...2.

I did real estate school online at night after my normal job, and eventually got my license 3 months later.

I just graduated this summer and I am having an incredibly difficult time finding work in the real estate industry.
