The last time I saw a structure like this, it ended up being a scam from a very well known real estate mogul...Be careful, if it sounds to be good to be true, it probably is...Cheers!

We are stable long-term tenants and would prove to be a good investment choice.

My suggestion: buy a quality small MF that needs paint and carpet, even that is difficult enough if you are remote!

My current insurance company, who has me in good hands, essentially doubled what I pay on a monthly basis.

I haven't heard of this person before either and while some paid courses can be good, I too am a skeptic of them often times.
