I recommend writing an offer that extends past the eviction moratorium (which has been extended through January 2021) and that the property will be delivered without non-paying tenants. 

Also, remember that not only have the feds extended the moratorium, Pritzker will also be extending the state moratorium for at least the next few months.

  $400 is a stretch there, but if you can extend a bit or find an existing home nearby, that's a good spot.

@Kate Koeller  In most states the duration of a lease won't stand up in court because of the duty to mitigate damages.
