Illinois Landlords (cook co.)
What to do to evict a tenant. Sorry hadn't researched the covid trend but if anyone can share or suggest what to do. Basically it's a single home rental in Evergreen Park, IL (Cook Co.) up to what point or recourse do landlords have? The mortgage still has to be paid although the renter is not paying rent or behind on full payments. How about mortgage co./Banks do Landlords have some kind of leeway with them? Where is a good place to look up this info? Thanks
