We have a very successful portfolio of properties that fund our financial freedom. 

And they all have different gigs and many are wildly successful.. my partner in our airplane for instance has a big underground contracting company 100 plus employees make huge bank.. and invest in real estate as well short term and long term.. and now started a container home building company LOL. 

With the help of the community of BiggerPockets and other experts I know I can become a very successful investor.

I'm willing to go bird-dogging, fix your coffee, whatever it takes to become successful in this business.

Hey all,I've successfully purchased my first property using the BRRRR strategy.

 Not to beat a dead horse but I’ve had some replies to my former discussion, which indicates to me that in my quest to find my first flip property, not counting the last two houses over the last 4 1/2 years that I have successfully turned over for a profit using 2 30-year conventional loans, I can actually purchase a property using my S Corp.The only problem is,  I would need to live in the property that I am fixing up, as I currently do not have a permanent home-base.

@Don Van Nguyen Yeah, so as a lender to investors I'm  seeing clients becoming successful with their investment properties at $210,000 and up here in Houston.

Legalities aside.. as you know is it legal or not legal to assign contracts in FLA is hotly debated.but I was just at a RE conference it was a private invitation only mastermind thing.and there were some of the top wholesalers in the country there.. some that are even on this site.one thing that was evident to me though to be successful at this.requires1.

He had played me pretty successfully against other investors before and I so I am leery of extending as he is ready to close though I am confident he is also willing to extend.
