The property is generally sold with no disclosures to fall back on, and maybe they don't want it "listed" due to those sorts of issues that will become public due to the NAR and PAR disclosure laws.

Sellers are responsible for what they report on the Seller's Disclosure Statement but considering it's been a year later, it's going to be a claim going nowhere.My recommendation would be to let it go, enjoy your life in your own home (big deal in itself!)

Also a buyer had mentioned to me something about a seller disclosure form to be submitted to the sellers mortgage company where they give you permission to see their mortgage info.
