The document or whatever instrument allows this would ensure that the obligation to pay for the mortgage and expenses (Taxes/utilities/maintenance etc...) falls to the corporation and not myself and would be paid directly by the corporation so as to not look like income in the form of a transfer from corp to me to lender.

I would venture to say that it might be worth your time to pay the rent directly to the new landlord to get rid of a problem.

It is actually very uncommon to find a bank that is willing to work directly with "child" series within a Series LLC - great work on navigating that process.

I'll start looking for bigger properties and follow up directly with you if that's okay.
