I have used Redfin (select sold under filters) but it doesn't have as much data.

They are now being used for enhanced photography, virtual tours, and even property management.Big DataAs the world becomes a planet of digital natives, more and more data is becoming available to the public.

Do you know, based on the data you are compiling, which of it matters to the tenants and/or buyers, and which of it doesn't...in the particular area you looking at?

Most owners aren't going to let you tour the property, talk to the tenants or look at the financial data until you've got a deal started.

I've been using it when I'm driving for dollars and it seems to provide some deep data.

Once you leave the employer, you can transfer those assets to a self-directed IRA or (even better) a Solo 401k, if you have self-employment activity.

Unfortunately, things didn’t work out between us and we’ve parted ways.My question is this, the LLC is solely mine, so is there a way I can remove them from the credit and transfer it from their personal credit to either the business credit or my own without having to close the accounts and reopen new ones?
