Separating Business From Personal Credit

About two years ago I got into investing in real estate but was short on capital to truly get started. My credit was less than desirable so I leveraged a business partners personal credit to get credit cards to fund parts of the business. To clarify, we got business credit cards with the LLCs name on them, but personal credit was used. Unfortunately, things didn’t work out between us and we’ve parted ways.

My question is this, the LLC is solely mine, so is there a way I can remove them from the credit and transfer it from their personal credit to either the business credit or my own without having to close the accounts and reopen new ones? I also need to remove them from any association to the LLC. Is there a way to do this??

HELP!!
