What's the best way to get smoke smell out of a house?

I guess I'll just tread lightly and if I smell any more smoke I'll back away.

In your state, what is the required notice period to give if you intend to inspect smoke detectors and look for other maintenance issues?  

If you want the smoking deals you got to put your best foot forward.. so sellers or asset managers look at your deal and they will take the strongest with the best EM the shortest time to close and ALL CASH no loan no HML etc etc. then they work it backwards.

She has cussed my manager out more than once; flushed stuff down the toilet causing a plumbing bill; & constantly leaves cigarette butts on the ground outside despite being a non-smoking property.

I increase the rent with the renewal, do an inspection to make sure the place is okay and smoke alarms and CO detectors are working and haven't been removed.
