Basically, its a great program but it is not designed for a great customer experience.

TERRIBLE strategy, it could end badly.

I have not worked with this company but doesn't sound good customer service from your review.

As long as your are being conservative in your analysis and exit strategies I would move forward.

Three of those are rented to S8 tenants.Finding S8 tenants is definitely doable, but has gotten more challenging as more and more investors seem to be gravitating toward this strategy. 

Look at your end goal and see if that strategy fits.

I would recommend talking with an accountant first so you can figure out what strategy makes the most sense for you, and how you could qualify.

Do a little digging into mid-term rentals, could be a good strategy to pivot too if your area draws people in that need extended stays.
