I've been burned a little for different reasons on every single one.

If the riches that are suggested by the gurus were even remotely accurate, the ibuyers that now exist would not be operating at a loss and burning through investment capital.

I'm looking for my first rental property and many of the older homes in my area have wood burning fireplaces.  

I'm more than happy to give advice for free because we run into way to many people that get burned in the end and end up hiring a second contractor to finish the job. 

It’s ok to change directions, just don’t burn any bridges along the way.

So who would be the one to show the property because I find it a bit sketchy that I bring the buyer he talk to the agents and I just see them trying to do the deal around me I know its "not cool" to assume the worst in people but I know you are constantly getting burned in this business and my work is NOT for free.

If it is wood burning I would personally seal it off as an accent only.

You might find one with wire burned completely off.Other thing to check is to make sure it is COPPER wire and not aluminum wire. 

In this instance, the fund manager is under intense pressure as there is a "pref clock ticking" that is burning a hole in the sponsor's pocket.
