Hi guys,  How would I go about branding myself if I am a real estate agent and a real estate investor? 

They're getting a brand new appliance out of this.

So I'm pretty much fresh fish here.

What color and brand is your favorite and if you a picture to go with it even better?!

When I put down the satin poly the floors did not look new and fresh because they had natural defects.

Given that you have your real estate license means you will have a leg up as opposed to someone starting fresh. 

For example, ceiling fans in the master bedroom and family room, improving the curb appeal and the front entrance area, fresh paint, etc.
