I guess I'm trying to figure out if I should take a business angle as a beginner with no experience or as a general customer attempting to get a loan?

I was just wondering.. because I feel like if experienced investors are tempted with a deal that has a VERY high ROI, they will try to take advantage of beginners like myself who have very little clue as to what they are doing.

Do you have any advice for a beginner tying to invest out of province?

Those 1st few properties are critical for us beginners and should be evaluated and managed correctly because a major mistake could take us out of the game permaneantly.
