What are your thoughts on this, and do you have any ideas for an alternative method of handling this issue?

Best ever method I have discovered.

My issue with Excel spreadsheets has been whenever I add a new method of payment (credit card) or checking account it becomes cumbersome to reautomate the new source of transactions into my standard excel P&L / Balance Sheet.  

I have a question about a possible alternative method.

Not that websites are good for being found, only good to lead people too by other methods to give them information.

As I believe @Michaela Graham stated, there are literally dozens of scoring methods,,what you are interested in is your FICO score, which you can buy from MYFICO.com,,,but even then, there are different versions of your FICO score, and of course 3 different credit reporting agencies.

We do our own marketing for motivated sellers by various methods.

What I am trying to say is that do the method that you know enough to start out.

Hi Bill, nice to meet you (sort of) this is one area of REI I'm pretty fascinated by and hope to get a deal or two through this method soon.

There's nothing illegal in any of the methods employed here.
