If the guests arrive at noon but the particular condo is not ready, I sometimes give them the parking garage passes early as well as access to the pools or beach sets.

Check the neighbourhoods around the city centre: La Saidia, Patraix, Les Corts,...Buy as cheap as possible, if it's for long term is better to buy a property without elevator, but with some space to be installed --> 30-40k maximum.

I have substantial equity tied up in two investment properties (a 5 family commercial property and a 3 family residential property) which I would like to access through HELOC products.  

We also have access to some deals for our investor base that typically doesn't hit market.  

Just because it has the space doesn't mean it can easily be changed from a single to a multi.

The attic is quite large with private space and has a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink.
