I don't think people pay that so they offer deals like 4200 for 2 years and they just recently had a promotion for 3800 for two years. 

We promote "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle."  

Following the lead of other regions, a number of short-term rental owners have banded together not to take legal action but to find ways to promote our STR industry.  

We are in the process of getting this property ready for promotion on STR/MTR sites.

Briefly studying the markets across the US, I have found this trend: Where new construction was red hot and building was promoted by the local municipality, they are enduring a more Buyers market and on the flip side, areas where there is not a lot of new construction and only really existing homes for sale - there is a sellers market. 

Lived there for a year, didn't have any walk away equity, his wife got a promotion that took them to another market, they rented the place out at a small loss but decided to keep it.

Politicians promoting these programs by taxing those that are willing to work and doling it out to those who lack ambition and don't really want to work for a living.Vote for me and you will get free stuff!

Ivan, I'm a big fan of Robert, I have not read "Fake" yet but I did watch several of his videos promoting "Fake" including some extensive interviews.

In California, the system is intrinsically pro tenant independently from the facts and material evidence which strongly promotes the strategies of extortion that small landlords are subjected to in their attempt to take possession of their property.
