Best thing is probably just rip the band aid off, cut off everything, suspend all travel here and unnecessary services for a few weeks a month, who knows?

I don't want the "Google is connecting your call" or whatever they say again.  

While you might think the tech companies are insulated, many small businesses buy google and facebook ads, for example. 

Here's the quick-and-dirty hack:Search Google for an address (e.g., "326 E Curtin St, Bellefonte, PA 16823")In the search results, click the Zillow property link (e.g., "https://www.zillow.com/homedet...") to go to the Zillow property pageOn the Zillow page, scroll down to the "Price and tax history" section and click the link to "Find assessor info on the county website"The county website page will tell you exactly in which county the property is located.Note: I just tried this and the county website didn't load.

By doing so, you may find that the Bank of Mom and Dad will come to their aid - or they discover that paying isn't an option with you and not pay someone else.

For example, Google is building a $600M data center here.

I do manage my own property for now, and I do not have an electrician on speed dial but I assume a 5 minute local google maps search would reveal the best in the area to the PM.

We have a simple W2 and single rental so that's what I was leaning towards as well, the Turbotax route, but wanted to make sure i am not missing something major here.I did some quick googling and it looks like Turbotax and H&R Block software both support depreciation out of the box.

I’d just google and call until the answer is yes.
