The Lumina is going bye bye as soon as I can find a nice looking used pick up for a good price!

Although I send typical qualifications and an application by e-mail, I only accept an application at the initial viewing or by e-mail from them after it takes place.  

It turned out for both properties and they are producing great cash flow.If you can see the outside; peak in the windows and have some assurance that it has good bones then maybe it's not too bad of a deal.

Because museums and such don't always make enough money, and sometimes when times are tight... bye bye historic landmark, hello new owner!

Ski season and the heart of summer saw a slight uptick, but the peak season was always Thanksgiving Week and the week between Christmas and New Years.  

Step back and ponder that right now most real estate markets are at their peak.
