and can tell you that any TRUE/LOGICAL/LOVING parent will do whatever it takes to afford their kids a safe living environment. i would work 8 jobs if necessary to be sure my daughter had a nice place to live.also, proper parenting (which you can't control) will ensure that the kids don't wreck the place. there really isn't much damage a kid that is 2 can do structurally. it will all be cosmetic....now the parents on the other hand, thats a different story!

You'd assume the 5K properties would be a total wreck and they usually are but it even shows a house that sold for 60K that looked totally gutted and another that looked decent for 20K.

Not to mention that jumping on a moving train gets you closer to your destination, sooner, than boarding a stopped train that is broken down and undergoing repairs.Yeah, either that or closer to the scene of the train wreck if your "this time it's different" thesis doesn't pan out and accidentally confuse short term market motion with long term market progress.

Nice thing is, if a tenant wrecks the floor... a good sanding with a floor machine and a new clear coat is all that's needed.
