There was an episode of the podcast that featured a woman who had created a property management platform that allowed the owner to turn on/off features like maintenance services and subscribe for a flat monthly rate rather than a % of rent. 

The owner of the property is an older woman and says that her monthly mortgage is too much for her.

The woman on the phone said to just get an appraisal and submit it to them - that's it. 

I'm reported FB Marketplace scams just about every day.I've had one incident where a woman sent a scammer (supposedly in the Bronx) a deposit on one of my rentals and then showed up to meet my tenants.  

The irony of this (to me) was that this poor woman lived local.

Can anyone help me find the Hispanic speaking woman who came here from another country and I believe first worked in the fashion industry and then decided she hated it and learned everything she could about real estate and took a ton of risks and ended up learning so much a killing it I believe with rentals.
