My heart would like to let him stay for free but I doubt I can afford it and also, I’d like to make sure my interests and his are adequately protected in case this get “squirrelly” in any way.

I remember times when people would leave food on our steps for us when we got home from church or times in the winter that someone was kind enough to make sure we had snow boots and warm jackets.

Yeah truth is my heart is not really in real estate more so in stocks/options etc.

Sales have been warming up since the start of the year with a low start in January (relative to the Listings!).

Travel nurses hold a special place in my heart because my husband was hospitalized for a long time and we met so many special travel nurses and other medical professionals ; )  That said, the niche of medium term rentals is growing every day.

The weather is a massive factor for those of us that are used to sun and warm weather basically year around.We both agree it was the best thing we could have done.
