But once Covid dies or gets thwarted by vaccines/medications etc, the safety angle changes and we normalize.

However, we require that all pets be up to date on vaccinations and be spayed or neutered.

The virus is here until a vaccine come, we now know , no work around that except get it and recover.

You can check with your attorney, but I believe you can demand all animals occupying your property be current on their vaccinations and are licensed by the city/county.

For pets, you'll have to know which breeds are unacceptable by your insurance carrier for coverage, set a limit on weight and require they show proof of current vaccination and registration.
