That's just me, but I would rather risk a fine then pay someone to take my signs down after 48 hours of exposure and miss great leads from the guys going to work Monday who chilled at their house all weekend.

That is complete and utter bs.

This will also have a chilling effect on business as more people choose not to do some transactions because they may be construed as illegal by an agency.

I'm managing one more rental unit for a friend-of-a-friend.Due to the recent purchase of a new home for ourselves, I feel like I need to chill for the Winter.  

If so it certainly is not revolutionary ideals that is the problem but an utterly too compliant people.
