One of my rabbit holes actually panned out!  

Ten minutes ago some of our brand new inherited tenants left here with a pickup truck containing a bunk bed set (and four twin mattresses total), a dresser, a new burner pan for their range and a toilet flush handle so they can replace the shoestring they're using to pull up the flapper.

Replaced the burner pans.

@Alex Svet what about the condensate drip pan...smells more musty than socks though imo.

They ended up in the street with their TVs and pots and pans when the sheriff carried their stuff out to the curb, because the force and history of property law is ultimately not going to reside with those without tangible interest in the property.

But it's possible that I could decide to build a small portfolio of properties if my first one pans out well.I'm interested in markets near beaches in the costal central to south-central regions of Florida where tenants can also be within a reasonable drive from Disney.

I'm curious to see how it pans out.
