Speaking for someone who knew nothing about REI except for what's shown on television, I found the seminar to be quite helpful.They allow you to bring a guest with no additional cost, therefore, me and my guest split the cost in half.My instructor for the 3-day course was great and his team even help me devise a REI plan although they knew that I did not have the means to purchase the additional courses.

Because of personal reasons, he wasn't able to make good on the money at the closing of our house, but after two other sales closed for him a couple of weeks later, he gave me a check for the amount and a still-in-the-box television for our trouble.

@Sam Leon We do not bundle IPTv services to our tenants (save in our rooming house), but if they wish to add the television service to the existing FibreOp Internet drop, we will have the service turned-on and add the monthly cost under our Utilities Budget Agreement {essentially, the incremental cost - ~$50/month - is passed through to the tenant}.
