I'm not saying don't use them but realize you have to tailor them to your location and circumstances.   

Tailor your negotiations to their fears.An approach would be to stop negotiations and tell the seller that you want to inspect the building before making your next offer.

I think their rental policies work great because you can tailor them to fit your needs, and they insure your properties at replacement cost.

I consider all the sources and will tailor my strategy to maximize them all while hedging my risks ... profits all spend the same.

I don't see how that cannot be a good Vacation Rental...Could sleep 6 to 8+ also has 3 car garage that can be turned into rec room with items tailored to my ideal customers or something.

Home is centrally located 10 minutes from Long Beach Airport, Convention center, Aquarium/Downtown and 15 minutes to CSULB.My initial thought was to pull a home equity mortgage to finish the addition and tailor it towards AirBNB & short term room rentals to pay back the loan.

They are a portfolio lender with investment products tailored for flips, rentals, etc. 

However, for more specialty risks (older buildings, recent claims, vacant coverage, builders risk, etc.) independent brokers generally can provide more tailored, better priced coverage.
