Best place to find this type of funding is in a group where people lend in this fashion which is essentially unsecured /100% financingyou will not find many to do this except those that are brainwashed by gurus who think it's a great idea

I'm excited for the opportunity to be apart of the community with BP, I reside in the state of Virginia and started my investment journey many years ago at 22 doing fix and flips, I stopped when the market crashed in 2007/2008 and didn't like the way the market looked and I left the investing world, I became a mortgage loan officer, and then processor and later underwriter and learned the backend of the conventional lending world.

its funny how this changes with time and the market on BP if you asked this question 5 to 7 years ago you get drowned out with the cash flow is the ONLY thing and appreciation is for gamblers my self I have always been about making appreciation games in RE.. by either value add building a new product or buying foreclosure and flipping or lending money and getting instant 12% plus returns .
