The fact that you can't get in to see *any* of the units is suspicious.

I'm sure this is an older property.Insurance and taxes are suspiciously round numbers.

@David Mikolajewski Real private lenders such as you described (private individuals not associated with a company) are not out there sending unsolicited emails to borrowers they don’t know asking them to borrow their money.So, to answer your question, no - that’s not how it’s typically done, and you’re wise to be concerned about these suspicious/unsolicited emails. 

They both responded over each other at the same time and looked at each other all of a sudden in a way that was very suspicious, then he changed his story to match hers.

We both stated that no sane QI would accept a suspiciously short-term period.

When a deal makes it to loop net or your local MLS, you should be very suspicious.

My property manager doesn't accept suspicious bookings and there have always been a few once in a while, but recently that's the ONLY kind of booking request that I have received.  

I think the owner sounds a bit suspicious but can't really tell with the unknowns.

I have learned not to judge others, I'd treat them like anyone else, but with maybe a closer eye on anything suspicious. 

If I see an on going trend then I will be suspicious and re-evaluate.
