Anywhere in the Central Florida area is fine by me, it's all one big mess of roads and theme parks anyway.

You guys are all right, the running theme I have been seeing is that first put in your time and learn the trade before jumping head first into pure investing.

I am on the commercial side these days.A common theme I see from the last downturn is a feeling  of ELATION form people that do not understand cycles that values will keep going up forever.

The recurring theme is bad credit.

One common theme in the Zimmer story is landlords who took fast action to evict sustained lower damages.

It does seem like there's a similar theme in most of the posts. 1) It is not the landlord's benefit to sign a two year lease.

That has been the theme for atleast the past 6 months.  

I take care of the capital FIRST me SECOND>. not the me me me attitude I see with investors starting out or looking to bring in outside investors for the first time.. they simply don't know.

I didn't read Thomas S.' comments in full, but I generally agree with the theme of his message.  

If you can qualify, there are some homes in the med center that are interesting and you could have roommates to help you pay the rent.
