I have a cousin who funds RE deals and he has a whole network of money people, so I am putting together a business plan to submit along with my financials and an investment proposal.I am coming from single family residential, and have only ever worked with hard money for short-term loans, and also some smaller amounts of private money.

In particular, is there any software/tooling which is typically used to analyze & find tenants, analyze deals, and used to find a local realtor who specializes in real estate investing?

I get this but the provision also requires the LLC that holds the property to submit to the local jurisdiction wherever the Qi files.

There are tons of software to choose from.

So, you'll want to use tracking software like Hubstaff to monitor what an RTM is really doing. not as much of a concern with a VA if you pay them for performance and not by the hour.- Getting an RTM to buy into your ompany culture.

Agents are required to submit all written offers unless seller has instructed them differently.

Has anyone found an excellent software to manage these transactions.
