We have a lot of amenities and it is easy to miss a broken glass or stolen waffle maker.

As to your issue, the City has a right to protect its water when it is being stolen and they did. 

On this trip to Mexico, I must have seen at least 10 restaurants that read on their menu:  “Cash only, no credit cards, BitCoin, Etherum, or Ripple accepted”So of those of you who are considering Mexico as a place to invest, I would love to hear about it.  

As of today, I have not received my stolen funds, despite the judgement from the BBB.

I don't think anyone *needs* gurus, but if you are not having your money specifically stolen, I don't really see the problem.

Someone posted a story about that on BP where a tenant moved out and then claimed her credit card was stolen and the landlord was out several months' rent.

If you want more responsibility that material isn't wasted/stolen, for a little reduction in price then buy material yourself. 

Will not disclose KNOWN defects, such as missing kitchen, stolen A/C unit, Chinese Drywall, roof leaks etc, ect.
