Whats the time span on info capture?

I'm not a SP, an LLC, and agent, or a broker. 

What I do see is even single and 2-family homes rarely even owned by the occupants these days but instead by 'Investors' many of them from overseas (ie, China) with portfolios spanning dozens to hundreds of rental properties per person.I do see to a vast extent that these neighborhoods that were once 'Owner' occupied have taken a turn for the worst (as far curb appeal, quietness, cleanliness, safety, etc) as they become vastly 'Renter' occupied.

A set of LVLs to span the length of the dining room had to be reordered and took 5 days.

Everything has a life span and depending on the condition of each item you can come up w/ what makes sense.

These type of mail pieces stick up above the #10 envelope and are picked up read first when the prospect has the longest attention span for that task.

My credit history spans nearly 3 years.

Most people don't have a long attention span.

Newer ones are on the shorter end of the life span.

Even if it did, you should have only been charged for the remaining life span.
