Use top quality materials, you want this to last a long time.If the spawling is bad, chip off all the loose and soft parts and fill the voids with concrete, then skim coat the entire outside.

We know pretty quickly how good our choice was, and I always go back to my screening criteria to see what I could change to screen that person out in the future.Before move in, here are some soft things to look for:- If someone is calling you every two hours asking for an update, being pushy, or taking up a lot of your time, that will not change after move in.- Ask them, in person or on the application, why they are moving.

I have heard Douglas Fir is pretty soft and can get beat up (especially in a rental).2)  Would it look strange to a renter to have three different floor types in the three rooms (Oak, Douglas Fir, Laminate)?

As a family, we always have something to do: Levit Shell, Zoo, Children's Museum, Redbirds, Tigers, Grizzlies, Bass Pro, Peabody, Shelby Farms, Botanic Gardens and all the fall festivals, Memphis in May, not to mention the community/school we are in.

Just not in the curriculum in the school system.So I try to help some  with financial and even soft skills or they may not get employed or able to save money.It seems they are ok in the basement until they meet someone, then we have classic "family formation" driving the home buying.
