I run servers in my house - so even at 80 degrees the amount of humidity can cause a problem for me. 

I group prospects into consecutive 20-minute time slots in a one- or two-hour period on a weekend, preferably Sunday afternoon to include people who are looking on Saturday.

Or more specifically, detailing small turds with an X-acto knife, which, by the way, will fit into the outlet slots very well.  

A little about me, I am 37, single and currently work as a Server at the Cheesecake Factory.  

Our servers charge only $25 more then the county sheriff and work within 24 hours, I think its money well spent.

I'm taking a somewhat different path in my real estate career and am looking to learn how to best serve real estate investors in the OKC metro area.

something tells me that might not fly don't know for sure.but seems to me have to sell existing home to free up mortgage slot so U can buy this one.. but with 10k your going to have a tough time you probably will be underwater on a home you only put 3% down on in 2018.. tough one.

You then only use up 1 conventional spot and then you can build your 2 yr hx up as a 1099 and be ready to rock your 10 conventional slots ;)

You could be a server or almost anything to match that income so it’s certainly not the money to keep you.
