Do you hire out the delivery of 5 day notice eviction letter?
I had to personally deliver three 5 day notices last year for the company I work for. To top it off, they were all around mid December going into the holidays, it was tough to say the least. Luckily the boss man allows us to hire a PI to deliver them at a cost of $75 now. Do you think the $75 is worth avoiding the emotional side of land-lording?
