@Johnny McKeonI'm not a CPA but my experience says, yes, you probably can.To avoid confusion it is helpful to separate out the concepts.REPS - Roughly, the requirements are minimum 750 hours active in real estate and those hours must exceed any hours in a non-real estate job.  

Has anyone had experience with this - in other words - can she simply decline the charge without the credit card company reaching out for investigation into the matter?

To get started, I would recommend interviewing some TK providers in the OKC and AL markets to find out who provides the service and experience you seek as an out-of-area investor.

Do you know what you are doing based on actual practical hands on experience?

Often it's not so much someone with real estate experience that seasoned investors are looking for so much as it someone who can take other tasks off our plates.

I own a duplex in Tempe Arizona and looking to continue to gain experience.
